Join The Cleanup Club for a community cleanup + pizza party to celebrate a fun season of cleaning up and doing good together! 🌎🍕
This summer we’ve cleaned up THOUSANDS of pounds of trash and talked to thousands of individuals about the importance of keeping our Great Lakes communities free from plastic pollution. Our watershed connects us all, from inland cities to shoreline cities — we’re all part of this great big beautiful Great Lakes watershed and keeping it clean is at the heart of everything we do.
And we wouldn’t have been able to make the incredible impact we’ve made in such little time without each & every one of you. So whether you’ve joined us for every cleanup, or haven’t made one yet, you’re all invited to join us in celebrating all the good we’ve accomplished together so far with good company and good pizza!
As the cold weather comes in, we’ll be dwindling down our regular scheduled cleanups to a less frequent schedule as we focus our efforts on our youth education programming and spring event planning - so let’s make this one a great one! 💙
WHAT TO KNOW:
Our goal is to cleanup our community while making meaningful connections!
Everyone & anyone is welcome!
All cleanup materials will be provided.
Bring along a reusable water bottle so you can stay hydrated with provided water refills without the single-use plastic!
There will be vegan, vegetarian & non-veg pizza options to choose from. 🍕
We will be meeting at Pie Sci Pizza’s patio (instead of walking to the front door, walk around to the back & you’ll see us!) - please wear layers for comfort depending on the weather!
